Stephen G. Ruth

Description

COL Steve Ruth, from Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 and was commissioned an Infantry Officer. His overseas assignments include Macedonia, Bosnia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq. He has served at West Point in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership, as Commandant of the United States Military Academy Preparatory School, and as a Regimental Tactical Officer. He is currently serving as a National Security Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. In this interview he discusses leadership and teambuilding throughout his career.
