SFC Cody Beadle and SPC Jordan Perez both serve in B Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment in the 101st Airborne Division. This year, SFC Cody Beadle won the FORSCOM NCO of the Year competition, while SPC Jordan Perez won the XVIII Airborne Corps Soldier of the Year competition. In this video, they describe the reasons they joined the Army, their experiences in Basic Training, and what they expect from their Platoon Leader.
