“Post Traumatic Stress and the Army” is part of our Scowcroft Series of films designed to address timely, complex, or controversial topics in open-ended ways that encourage Cadet discussion in the classroom. In this film, junior and senior Army leaders discuss the importance of identifying and treating Post Traumatic Stress. They offer personal observations based on their own experiences, and discuss efforts to eliminate the stigma associated with seeking mental health treatment in the military.
