Dr. Fernando Maymi, Deputy Director of the Army Cyber Institute at West Point, traces his experience as a Signal Officer through his current appointment as a leader at ACI. He discusses the importance of innovation, organizational and personal trust, public and private partnerships, and the development of the Cyber Branch. He also provides an overview of the development of the ACI as well as the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach to the challenges of cyber space. Finally, he discusses what it means to "threatcast" in cyber space, and how to consider both challenges and opportunities ahead.
