Frederick Benjamin Hodges III
LTG Ben Hodges, USMA ’80, is currently the Commanding General of U.S. Army Europe and the 7th Army. Over the course of his career, he has commanded Soldiers at all levels and served around the globe. In this interview, LTG Hodges addresses key lessons learned at the company-grade and field-grade levels, his experiences as a legislative liaison, and the challenges he faced while commanding a brigade in combat. He also discusses working with strategic partners, and the current refugee crisis in Europe.
