Description

COL Mark Quander explores his leadership style over multiple deployments and how his faith and family helped sustain him over his career. He discusses his deployments, not only to war zones, but also in support of humanitarian missions and earthquake relief. This interview spans his childhood and growing up as an “Army Brat,” his years at West Point, and his service as an Engineer Officer commanding at all levels up to Brigade Command.
